Because we work with third-party suppliers to deliver products directly to you, returns are handled a bit differently. Please read our policy below carefully:

Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns or offer replacements for:
  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Wrong items received
  • Defective products
To be eligible, please send us:

A clear photo/video of the item within 7 days of delivery
Your order number and description of the issue

Email us at info[at]globalmarkethall.com.
Once approved, we’ll either:
  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/color ordered by mistake
  • Late delivery due to courier delays (though we’ll try to help!)
